Lead Designer/Intern Architect
Maritime born, raised and educated, Alisha earned her Master of Architecture degree from Dalhousie University in 2012 before venturing west to Vancouver BC in search of milder winters. While in Vancouver she worked at Mcleod Bovell and James KM Cheng Architects. Eventually Alisha found herself homesick for the Maritimes so she traded coasts once again, this time moving to Charlottetown in 2018 to work for Nine Yards Studio.
Alisha also holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design Studies from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Mount Allison University where she focused on photography and sculpture. Her love of designing and making things extends into her free time and she typically has more projects on the go than hours in the day – everything from handcrafting small products and furniture to creating art.
