Bee Hotel

Program: Expoloration/Objects

These Bee hotels are designed as habitats for solitary native bees. In nature, solitary bees place their eggs in holes drilled by beetles or woodpeckers. he bees will also use spaces between roof shingles or other narrow openings around the garden.

You can provide habitat for these incredible pollinators by putting one of these hotels in your garden.

The outer shell is made of painted steel and the inner habitat is made of a bundle of natural bamboo tubes. This provides a place for solitary bees to reproduce and gather pollen and nectar for their young.
